I've been meaning to check out this place for a while and I finally did. I ordered a taco (I don't eat meat so it likely was a veggie one) and it was super tasty. I was very impressed! I went back a few days later and ordered the pink horchata. It was a delightful treat. My friend really enjoyed it too. It was a nice twist on the traditional drink. I also enjoyed that this food trailer is also located next to a coffee spot called Fleet. I can grab my iced latte and my taco and just relax. The place is becoming a popular hang out spot. I'll definitely be back!

La Santa Barbacha is a taco joint I just heard about. I feel like I'm late to the party. Incredible flavors here (I got the Santita and Beef Asada). They were so good! The tacos are a bit pricey at $8 each and I wanted more than two. Next time I'll try the chilaquiles bowl.

Food truck with ample outdoor picnic style tables. Menu isn't too large but is filled with reliable options. Each taco is $5. My pick was the migas taco. The fried corn chips provided texture to the delicious meat, all enveloped in a fresh corn tortilla. Each taco is a decent size, don't be fooled. Expect a bit of a wait for your food, especially on weekends

The food here is EXCELLENT. I'm a picky eater who's never liked barbacoa and decided to get out of my comfort zone. I'm so glad I did! It was a rich taco, filled with flavor. We got stuck in the rain while waiting but it was all worth it. When not raining, they have plenty of outdoor and barstool seating. Have some coffee from Fleet to go with it and enjoy!

I ordered the migas barbacoa and Quesabarbacha and pink horchata. I didn't like that the menu prices weren't listed anywhere. I don't like ordering without knowing how much the items cost. The quesabarbacha taco was about $10 which seems like a hefty price for a single taco. The tacos were delicious and flavorful and the salsas were a nice complement. The orange salsa packs a punch so a small amount goes a very long way. The wait time was about 25-30 minutes so expect a wait depending on what you order. The venue/ sitting area was really nice. It is the perfect spot to sit outside when the weather is nice.

La Santa Barbacha is a very good tasting food truck. I ordered 2 quesabarbacha and the meat was tender with a great salsa given on the side. The tortillas are homemade and I will say they are well made. I was not disappointed in the taste and the quality was terrific. It feels authentic and worth the visit. If you eat there, the location seemed sweet. I would definitely recommend staying to enjoy if you are able and of course if weather permits. There is a patio with shade and an area below. The service is the reason I gave 4 stars. I think the food is great, but you may be disappointed in service. My recommendation to the owner is to ask the customer if the order is to go or not. In my case, I needed to ask for some sort of covering since I was no longer eating at the location. The reason for leaving could be personal experience, however, the order took extremely long. I would be understanding, but, individuals who ordered after me received their order ahead of mine. For context, there are assigned order numbers, and these customers and I had the exact same order. I do think they possibly forgot my order because +10 customers ahead I had to inquire about my order. I had to special requests so I am unsure what was happening. Overall great food, but would hope for better service next time. Sometimes good food is not worth it if the service ruins the experience.

Man - this place rocks. Everything is made fresh (and you can taste it). Their salsa are spicy and a perfect pair to their barbacoa. They specialize in barbacoa and this isn't the same barbacoa you're getting from a random taco truck. They're cooking it the way it's meant to be cooked, long and slow, cutting no corners. Tortillas made fresh too. The two sisters working there everyday are making some of my favorite tacos in Austin. Go check them out!

Lovinggg this Mexican food truck! Tortillas are homemade and made-to-order, barbacoa is fantastic, and everything is full of flavor. The sauces on the side are great and the orange habanero one definitely has a kick! Location is also great, right next to Fleet coffee -- perfect for some breakfast with your coffee! I love the large shaded patio and east Austin vibes. We ordered the Migas barbacoa taco, beef asada taco, and barbacha chilaquiles bowl. All three were so tasty and I love that they have chilaquiles on the menu. While the tacos look small, they are actually quite filling. Absolutely will be back!
